He was predeceased by: his sons, Kenneth and Clifford Carlock; and his grandchildren, Noelle Polk and Dylan McDaniel. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Carlock; his children, Ronald, Robert, Norman Carlock, Wally Polk (Kelli) of Mobile, AL. and Monica Polk; his brother Paul Carlock (Karen); and his grandchildren, Jimmy, Greg, Chrystal, Nicholas, Madison, Cameron, BreAnna, Savanna and Paw Paw.
