She was predeceased by: her husband John Lachney; her son Mark Lachney; her parents, Edwin DeSoto and Yvonne Ducote DeSoto; and her sisters, Emily Juneau, Geraldine Juneau and Leona Ducote.
She is survived by: her children, Dain Guillot (Jerry Lachney), Carolyn Champion (Arthur Champion), Patricia Torres (Buck Torres), Adam Lachney, Brian Lachney, Brad Lachney (Trina Lachney), Abel Lachney and Louanna Ledbetter; and her sisters, Elladean Bryant and Frances Moses. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
