It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hubert Duplantis of Boutte, Louisiana, born in Raceland, Louisiana, who passed away on March 5, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, L. J. "Yot" Duplantis and Melva Duplantis; his siblings, L. J. "Lynn" Duplantis, Jr. and Gwendolyn D. Gonzales; and his nephew Elwin J "Joey" Duplantis III.

He is survived by: his brothers, Elwin J "Boogie" Duplantis II (Joy), John Charles Duplantis (Laura), Michael P Duplantis (Teresa) and Richard Duplantis. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
