He is survived by: his parent David Lackey, Sr.; his children, David Lackey, III, Harold Banks, Gumeka Banks and Tanequay Banks; his siblings, Lionel Fields (Jessie), Ollie Howell, Barbara Lackey, Angeline Douglas, Margia Davis, Anna James, Jacqueline Garrett and Betty Jean Fields; and also Mary Alice Ford. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
