She is survived by: her husband Joshua Martindale; her parents, Kathy Gagliano Vicari and Michael Vicari; her brothers, Nicholas Vicari and Jason Vicari; her grandfathers, Vincent Gagliano and Jacob Vicari; her parents-in-law, Richard V. Martindale, Jr (Sandra) and Linda Harmeyer (Ray); and her brother-in-law Matthew Martindale. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
