He was predeceased by: his father Albert "DoDo" Pellegrin Jr.; his brother Albert "Cookie" Pellegrin III; and his nephew Nick. He is survived by: his children, Lance Pellegrin (Shawna), Keith Pellegrin (Brittnie Adams) and Kimberly Blanchard (Austin); his grandchildren, Kinley Liner, Dalton Pellegrin and Grayson Blanchard; his mother Dez Ledet Pellegrin; and his siblings, Louis Pellegrin (Mercedes Vincent), Armond Pellegrin (Ashley Matherne), Peggy Picou (Albert), Cheryl Pellegrin, Pam Trahan (Johnny), Debra Verdin (Lester), Tammy "Teetsie" Trahan (Eric) and Lori Authement (Henry Sr). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
