He is survived by: his wife Laura Hebert Chwalek; his daughters, Elizabeth LeBlanc (Mark) and Lorraine Chwalek; his grandchildren, Philip (Cathy), Laura (Clay Holberg), Thomas (Diana), John (Natasha), Paul and Sister Theresa LeBlanc; and his great grandchildren, Sister Natalie, Andrew, Rachel, Luke, Rebekah, Jacob, Bridget, James LeBlanc, Hunter Holberg, Levi LeBlanc, Felicity, Jonathan, Michael LeBlanc, Cecilia, Veronica and Jude LeBlanc.
