He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Ernest Walker, Sr. and Mary Ellen Ellender Walker; his brothers, Leslie Walker (Carley) and Herman Walker, Jr.; and his brother-in-law Lawrence Dugas.
He is survived by: his wife Clara Duplantis Walker; his daughter Jennifer Claire Walker Toomey (Matthew Toomey); his granddaughter Kate Claire Toomey; his siblings, Harold Walker (Gloria), Craig Walker (Tina), Mary Ellen Dugas, Carolyn Mabile, Martha Butler (Bobby) and Linda Russell (Al); and his family Kate. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
