He is survived by: his wife Cindy Lirette Tabor; his children, Fallon Ellender Chauvin (Neil Chauvin) and Sean Ellender (Kristie Ellender); his mother Juanita Tabor; his siblings, Kelly Tabor Hutchinson and Michael Tabor (Sarah Tabor); his grandchildren, Lilly Ellender, Danny Chauvin, Lexy Ellender and Paxton Ellender; his nieces, Mandilyn "Mandi" Hutchinson and Agatha Tabor; and his nephew Baxter Tabor. He is also survived by husband, father.
