She was predeceased by: her husband David Joseph Pellegrin, Sr.; her parents, Joseph Philip and Gertrude Elizabeth Blanchard; her son Donald James Pellegrin, Sr.; her grandson Donald J. Pellegrin, Jr.; her siblings, Rita B. Battaglia (Anthony "Tony"), Acklin and Joseph "Junior" Blanchard; her son-in-law Jerome Theriot; and her sister-in-law Joan Blanchard.
She is survived by: her children, David "Pancho" Pellegrin, Jr. (Judith), Tena P. Theriot and Melanie P. Voisin; her siblings, Maurice Blanchard, Charles "Charlie" Blanchard (Terry) and Catherine "Cathy" B. Ordoyne (Calvin "Buddy" Sr.); her sister-in-law Hilda Blanchard; and her grandchildren, Sadie, Melinda, Jamie, Jonathan, Kristi, Dawn, Tiffany, Dustin, Ashlie, James, Trisha and Jacob. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
