He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Junior Harp and Bertha Clara Blanchard; his brother Donald Edward Harp; and his grandparents, Lacy Leo Harp, Bessie Mae Harp, Erich Earnest Dreyer and Matilda Dreyer.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Boquet Harp; his children, Kevin Harp (Michelle), Erich Harp (Sheley), Denise Harp (Beth) and Stephanie Harp (Anthony); his sister Barbara Wiley; and his grandchildren, Gage, Kaitlyn, Amber, Ian, Ana, Liam and Lea.
