We are sad to announce that on January 26, 2025, at the age of 88, Geraldine Luke Arceneaux of Bourg, Louisiana, born in Dulac, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiltz "Doo" Luke and Louise Toups Luke; her siblings, John Luke (Uncle Boy) and Dorcina Mae "Fema" Luke Martin; her brother-in-law Huey Paul Martin Sr. (Emerson Dale DeHart); and her godson Perry Martin.
She is survived by: her husband Dale Arceneaux; her sons, Ferrell DeHart (Gail DeHart), Carlton DeHart, Sr. and Paul Arceneaux; her grandchildren, Brandon Liner, Odie Rae Lirette, Jared DeHart, Carlton DeHart, Jr., Tyra DeHart Burnett, Jebb Parfait, Jace Parfait, MacKenzie Donelson of Braxton Arceneaux, A. J, Sterner and Hadlee Arceneaux; and her pets, Lilly and Ruby. She is also survived by 38 great-grandchildren, 22 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the West Park-Houma (4511 W Park Ave, Gray, LA 70359). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
