He was predeceased by: his former wife Carolyn Moore Hebert; and his father-in-law Bill Moore. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Neil Hebert; his children, Amanda "Mandy" Tabor and Jeffery "Jeff" Hebert (Ginger); his grandchildren, Erin Percle, Lindy Tabor and Calista Hebert; his siblings, Marie Cecile "Ceil" Orillion (Sonny), Larry Hebert (Susan) and Lauren Hebert; his mother-in-law Noemie "Noonie" Moore; his sisters-in-law, Adele Belanger (Mark) and Julie Knight (Robbie); his stepchildren, Leland Neil (Sandi), Jenny Ledet (Randy) and Angelle Bonham (Scotty); and his stepgrandchildren, Jordy Ledet, Alex Neil, Landon Neil, Ian Neil, Ethan Bonham and Morgan Bonham.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carroll's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
