He is survived by: his wife Janice Rimmer Cooley; his children, Debbie C. Cook (David L. Cook) and Bruce D. Cooley (Cydne); his grandchildren, Sara Stone (Geoffrey Stone), Jake Cook (Helen Ho) and Dr. Adam Cook; and his sons, Austin Cooley, Camille Pagan (Kyle), John Phillip Cooley Jr. (Crystal) and Blake Cooley. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
