He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Glenn Stutts, Sr. of Summerville and Peggy Alva Birge of Shreveport; his daughter Becca Ray Stutts; his parents-in-law, Clyde Ray Ross, Sr. and Athell Ross; his brothers-in-law, Clyde Ray Ross, Jr. and Jimmie Earl Ross of Bossier City, Louisiana; and his former wife Sherry Lynn Robinson Stutts of Bossier City.
He is survived by: his wife Fran Ray Ross Stutts; his children, Sheppard Alann Stutts, Forrest Glenn Stutts, Bobby Jo Stutts (April Anderson Stutts) and April Lynn Stutts Cogar (Jared Cogar); his grandchildren, Becca Ray Rose Cogar and Bleu Byrd Cogar; his siblings, Glenda Faye Martin of Houston, Elizabeth Ann Stutts of Alexandria, Sheila Ann Isbell of Ringgold, Eliza Gail Jourdain (Randall) of South Carolina, Richard Harris (Lou) of Phoenix, Sammy Harris (Sharon) of Dallas, Robert Stutts of South Carolina, Michael Stutts of South Carolina and Joey Nickles (Jen) of O'Fallon, Missouri; his sister-in-law Audra Oakley (Todd) of Bossier City; and his stepmother Loretta Gail Shupp Stutts of Summerville. He is also survived by many cousins and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to Troop G of the Louisiana State Police, 5300 Industrial Dr., Ext, Bossier City, Louisiana 71112, and will be passed on to the Louisiana State Troopers Association.
