Thomas H. Welch Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas H. Welch Sr. of Bossier City, Louisiana, who passed away on April 12, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Jackson Welch and Katherine Tidwell Welch; his siblings, Paul, Bud, Marteil, Jackie and Bobby; and the mother of his children Ann Garland Welch.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Billiot Speights Welch; his children, Melanie Ann Collins of Fort Worth, Texas and Thomas H. Welch, Jr. (Sally) of Austin, Texas; his son-in-law Stanley Eugene Smithey; and his grandchildren, Heather Michelle McGee (Mac), Allison Renae Stevens (Courtney), Ashley Denise Grammer, Ryan Thomas Smithey (Priscilla), Georgialee Lucile Welch and Lillian Mays Welch. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
