In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ploesch and Bonnie Ploesch; his brother Ronald Ploesch; and his stepfather Peter A. Terracina. He is survived by: his stepsiblings, Joseph G. Terracina (Leslie), Mary Terracina Bissell (Rodney) and Michael P. Terracina (Kathleen). He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews and their spouses and seven great-nephews and three great-nieces.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Pius X Catholic Church (4300 N Market St, Shreveport, LA 71107). A rosary was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to Bossier City Council on Aging, 706 Bearkat Drive, Bossier City, LA 71111.
