She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Washington Boyce and Frankie Sullivan Boyce; her sisters, Mable Parker and Marguerite Stell; and her son Belve Barnes, Jr..
She is survived by: her spouse Belve Barnes, Sr.; her granddaughters, Nicole (Jarrett Wilhite) and Jaclyn (Lee Baker); her great grandchildren, Cody Wilhite, London and Presley Baker; and also Cathy Barnes. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rose Neath Funeral Homes - Bossier City (2201 Airline Dr, Bossier City, LA 71111). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at the Hill Crest Memorial Park Cemetery (601 US-80, Haughton, LA 71037).
