She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Zeke" Girlinghouse and Glennie "Naomi" Girlinghouse (Kees); and her daughter Ruthi Schilling Young. She is survived by: her son Robert Paul Schilling (Ann); and her great grandchildren, Brent, Wade, Adam, Baeleigh, Bryce, Eli and Corey. She is also survived by three grandsons; six great-grandchildren and numerous extended family.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rose Neath Funeral Homes - Bossier City (2201 Airline Dr, Bossier City, LA 71111). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at the Hill Crest Memorial Park Cemetery (601 US-80, Haughton, LA 71037).
