She was predeceased by: her mother Katie (Kakee). She is survived by: her children, Pam Washburn (Mike), Paula Clement (Joe), Mark Mize (Amy), Eric Mize, Mimi Rose (Brett) and Tracy Thomas; her grandchildren, David Clement, Kyle Daniele, Jonathon Clement, Christian Mize, Thomas Mize, Brett Washburn, Brittany Washburn, Alex Mize, Jake Mize and Molly Mize; her great grandchildren, Lauren, Nathan, Kate, Luke, Eli, Chase, Cole, Ben and Tristan; her great great grandchild Lilly; and her husband Don. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
