She was predeceased by: her father Fidel Mondragon (Monsignor Earl Provenza); her grandparents, Thomas and Lena Modica; and her pets, Holly, Molly, Ellie and Chevy.
She is survived by: her mother Marie Magdalene Modica; her husband Mark Lyons; her children, Kayla Smith (Joey), Caden Lyons (Kendall Reynolds) and Cason Lyons; her brother Anthony (Kim); her granddaughters, Lylah and Mayleigh Smith; and her pets, Meadow, Winnie and Bianca. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Rose-Neath Funeral Homes - Bossier City (2201 Airline Dr, Bossier City, LA 71111).
