He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Wintamute and Marie Wintamute; his former wife Joyce Wintamute; his brother Gene Wintamute; and his children, Ian and Lise Wintamute.

He is survived by: his wife Angeles Wintamute; his daughters, Lynn Rambin and Laurel; his son-in-law Jason Brown; his grandchildren, Wes Keith, Christopher Rambin and Bethany Brown; his brother Robert; his sister-in-law Kathy Wintamute; and his sisters, Suzanne Wintamute Bradshaw and Debbie Yerkes Brambley.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to the Parkinson's Foundation or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research in Jon's memory.
