He is survived by: his wife Honey Hood Martin; his son James Joshua Martin (Shannon); his grandchildren, Addie, Ellie and Avery; his daughters, Hallie Cecille Martin and Amanda Leigh Martin; his granddaughter Mia; his stepdaughter Melissa Chumbley Fisher (Josh); his stepgranddaughters, Mary Clare and Lizzie; his stepdaughter Mandy Chumbley Crow (Kelley); his stepgrandchildren, Aaden and Caroline; his sister Nancy Martin Lubofsky; his nephew David Lubofsky (Kristina); his nephew Daniel Lubofsky (Tammy); his mother-in-law Clare Hood; his siblings-in-law, F. Q. Hood, Jr. (Sheri) and Stacy Weber (Rob); and also J. T..

Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Boone Funeral Home (2156 Airline Dr, Bossier City, LA 71111).
