He is survived by: his wife Carole M. Felts; his daughters, Shanna Johnson (Scott) and Michele Johnston (Steven); his grandchildren, Amanda Woda (Jason), Tyler Johnston (Brooke), Austin Johnson (Ashlyn), Jared Johnson (Annie) and Jacob Johnson (Celeste); his great grandchildren, Ava Johnson and Sophia Blake Johnston; his brother Don Felts (Judy); and his sisters-in-law, Kay McKinney and Miriam Felts.
