He was predeceased by: his wife Velma LaRose Harr; his parents, John Milton Harr and Minnie Belle Butler Harr; and his brothers, Charles E. Harr and Michael A. Harr.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Harr (Grace) and Rebecca Wilt (Rick); his brothers, James B. Harr and Arthur H. Harr; his grandchildren, Matthew (Ashley), Nathan, Robin and Rachel (Alex); and his great grandchildren, Lorelei, Wyatt, Lucille, Pearl, Rocco and Rosie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
