We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2025, at the age of 64, Frances Irene Fowler of Bossier City, Louisiana, born in Ringgold, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Hay and William Fowler; her sisters, Diane Guthrie and Gail Heath; and her nephew Jesse McWilliams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Delhomme (Damian) and Codi Carpenter (Justin); her grandchildren, Serena, Caiden, Caleb, Chloe, Audrey, Lydia and Logan; and her sisters, Jean Peacock, Margie Talbert (Trace) and Janice Battenberg (Tommy).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Purpose Church (3012 Shed Rd, Bossier City, LA 71111).
