She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Webster "Pete" Halford and Lela Amelia Smith Halford; her husband William Joseph Quinn; her brother Wayne; her sister-in-law Sarah Pearl Halford; her sister Norabeth Halford; her siblings-in-law, Thomas Luckett, Thomas Quinn and Kathryn Quinn; and her great grandchild Drake Henry Richter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Quinn Shores (Wylie), Theresa Rene Quinn, Patricia Quinn Richter (Henry) and Jacquelyn Quinn Kennedy; her sister Erma Luckett; and her great grandchildren, Kelsey Quinn Richter, Jacquelyn Amelia Kennedy Craft (Spencer), Ann Rene Shores Hankins (David), Harlan Quinn Richter, Megan Waggoner and Edward Quinn Kennedy. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church, 2565 Airline Drive, Bossier City, Louisiana, or the Humane Society of Northwest Louisiana.
