It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Gaddy of Bossier City, Louisiana, born in Isola, Mississippi, who passed away on September 6, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Calvin and Alice Varnelle Gaddy (Truelove); and his siblings, Ione Jackson (Rip), Lynne Taylor (Jack), Homer Gaddy (Mary), Ralph Gaddy (Blondie), Lamon Gaddy (Annette), John Gaddy (Joyce) and Herbert Gaddy (Wanda).

He is survived by: his wife Georgie Moore; his sons, Gary L. Gaddy (Mary Beth), Gregory E. Gaddy and Wayne C. Gaddy; his stepdaughter Tammie Bell; his grandchildren, Megan Hynes (Joel), Chad Gaddy (Amy), Taylor Carr (Gavin), Caroline Nowak (Dylan) and Sabrina White; his sisters, Loyce Marshall (Bill) and Joyce Carpenter (late Vernon); and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Gaddy (John) and Wanda Gaddy (Herbert). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
