He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornealius Edward Wilkins, Sr. and Patsy Lorene Craton; and his nephew Walt Livingston, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Little Buddy, III; his sisters, Linda Livingston and Shecelia Hall; and his grandchildren, Addison Wilkins, C. E. Wilkins, IV and Jackson Wilkins.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rose Neath Funeral Homes - Bossier City (2201 Airline Dr, Bossier City, LA 71111). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at the Bellevue Family Cemetery.
