He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Charles Lee Kelly; his brother Matthew Lee Kelly; his mother Ethel McRee Kelly of Houston, TX; his daughters, Dr. Brandi Kelly Primeaux (Thad Primeaux) of Lake Charles, LA and Rachel Renae Kelly of Bossier City, LA; his siblings, Linda Kelly Harkey (Dana) of Houston, TX, Paul Lamar Kelly (Nancy) of Bossier City, LA and Mark Berry Kelly (Memrie) of Tomball, TX; and his grandchildren, Carter, Mitchell, Delanie, Mackenzie and Cameron. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested any memorial tributes be made in the form of charitable donations to The Shriners Hospital for Children.
