He was predeceased by: his father Ronnie Triplet. He is survived by: his wife Amy; his children, Maddie, Lizzie and Gray; his mother Rose Maples; his stepfather Robert Maples; his brother Chris; his in-laws, Mike Smith and Renee Nicholson; his brothers, Lane (Melissa Raley), Macy Smith and Adam Smith; and his nephew Gavin Raley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, co-workers.
