She was predeceased by: her husband Retired Master Sergeant William K.; her parents, Rev. David Winn and Sarah Winn; and her siblings, Harold Winn, Rev. Paul Winn, Jerry Winn and Joyce Martinez.

She is survived by: her daughter L. Renee Dominguez; her son-in-law Hector Dominguez; her grandsons, William, Phillip and Grant Dominguez; her sisters, Irene Phillips and Edna Mancil; and her sisters-in-law, Dee Hearn and Dianne Harrell. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
