He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Collins and Pliney Johnson Bordelon; and his siblings, David Bordelon, Evelin Bordelon, Hewitt Bordelon, Bernice Mayeux, Phyllis Armand, Roberta Norman, Godfrey Bordelon and Jude Bordelon.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Dupuis Bordelon; his sons, Troy Bordelon (Stacey) of Houston, TX and Ed Bordelon of Mobile, AL; and his grandchildren, Zachary Bordelon, Tyler Bordelon (Jessicah), David Bordelon (Abbie), Grant Bordelon, Sarah Bordelon Simmons (Brandon) and Brennan Bordelon. He is also survived by his five great-grandchildren, and one step great-grandson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Church (4702 LA-451, Bordelonville, LA 71320). A prayer was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Peter's Catholic Church (4702 LA-451, Bordelonville, LA 71320).
