He is survived by: his wife Florence Baudin; his children, Richard Baudin, Simpson Baudin, II, Kim Schexnyder and Marie Baudin; his grandchildren, Simpson Baudin, III, Katie Baudin, Shane Baudin, Austin Schexnyder, Lane Baudin, Brianna Baudin and Arlon Williams; his sister Charlene Landry; his stepchildren, Cindy Gaspard, Carla Desselle Juneau and Tony Desselle; and his stepgrandchildren, Mike Gaspard, Velvette Talley, Amber Dibble, Garrette, Joe, David and Alayna Desselle.
