He was predeceased by: his father Philip Prevost; his son Chad Prevost; his mother Stella Bordelon Prevost; his siblings, Julianna Coco, Michael Prevost and Hans Prevost; and his nephew Todd Coco.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Prevost of Bordelonville; his daughter Monique Cunningham (Scott) of Shreveport; his stepchildren, Lisa Breaux, Kaye Wilkes (Marcus), Buddy Bordelon (Dana) and Lee Bordelon (Lisa); his grandchildren, Ben Cunningham (Sarah), Mary Beth Cunningham Crow (Andrew) and Caroline Cunningham; his sisters-in-law, Estelle Prevost and Dixie Prevost; his nieces, Melinda Miletello (Gerald), Michele Janasik (Gregg) and Roxanne Prevost (Greg); and his nephew Mark Prevost. He is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
