It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zadie Mae Spikes of Bogalusa, Louisiana, who passed away on November 22, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Freddie Tyson and Dellar Lee; her siblings, Emma Rodgers, Larry, Gary Lee and Troy Lee; her children, Cynthia Lee and Jackie Spikes Jr.; and her grandson Jackie Spikes III.
She is survived by: her son Derrick "Man" Lee; her siblings, Patricia Jones, Albertha Bonna, Silvia Scott (Frederick), Freddie Sharone Tyson, Pamela (Albert Ray), Jessie Lee Jr. (Laniecy), Bruce Tyson (Tommy) and Boswell; her sister-in-law Zola Lee (Jean) of Las Vegas, NV; her niece Tanya Gillin; her friends, Evon Monday-Johnson, Willie Mae Cole, Donice Owens, Fannie Roberts, Weddie Brister (Dent) and Tiffany Owens; and her godchild Darion Roberts (Dee). She is also survived by grand children and great grand children, nieces, nephews, cousins.
