He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Ottis Mizell, Jr. and Edith Merl Fonseca; and his siblings, Greg Pickard and Peggy Pickard. He is survived by: his children, Jerome Roy Mizell of Jean Lafitte, LA and Carla Brewer of Winslow, AK.; his grandchildren, Mikey Mizell (Ashley) of Southwest City, MO, Longley (Dillon) of Winslow, AK and Charlie Michel (Laikin) of Tylertown, MS.; his great grandchildren, Carla Sue Longley, Delaynee Mizell, Kaydee Mizell, Grayclee Mizell and Lana Michel; his stepmother Helen Mizell of Bogalusa, LA; and his siblings, Marty Mizell (Samantha) of Bogalusa, LA, David Pickard of Gatesville, TX, Rita Howze of Paris, TN and Connie Morgan of Bogalusa, LA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to be made to the charity of the giver's choice, or to Church of United Faith, 1100 Marshall Richardson Rd., Bogalusa, LA 70427 in honor of Willie Ottis Mizell, III.
