“Willard, you are in my top 5 of the best people I have known in my life. You traveled to the beat of your own drum which made you soooo unique. You lived your life doing and supporting yourself with your art, and look at what you left behind. You were not a starving artist. How lucky am I to have at least 20 paintings of your art to look at everyday that make me feel good and nice. I will always love you, Willard. Always! But anyway...”
