She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Edward Leeper of Washington County, Pennsylvania. and June Ann Clutter-Leeper of Washington County, Pennsylvania.; her daughters, Ashley McMillan of Bogalusa and Erica Tesseo (Troy) of Webster, KY.; her grandchildren, Julianne Cotton, Tobias Tesseo and Sicily Tesseo; her siblings, Marci Leeper, Christy Leeper, Robyn Leeper and Robert K. Leeper; and her grandparents, Wray, Martha Clutter, Glenn and Isla Pepper.
