He was predeceased by: his parents, Peggy Seals and Eugene Seals; and his grandparents, Anna, Elmer Slade, Pearlie and Dan Seals.
He is survived by: his grandsons, Nathan Seals, Matthew Starns, Dalton Pujol and Brayden Seals; his children, Amanda Starns (Stevin Starns), Anna-Ruth Seals, Steven Elmer Seals and Cheryl Holland; his brother Doug Seals; and his niece Maggie Seals.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Gary Sinise Foundation or to Monroe Street Baptist Church.
