He is survived by: his wife Jessika Haley Whiteside; his children, David and Brody; his mother Cheryl Perez; his stepfather Raul Perez; his sisters, Jessica Chambers (Keith), Melissa Chreiman (Von) and Christina Chambers; his father Eddie Clower; and his parent-in-law Sandy.
