He is survived by: his wife Alice Rose Fortenberry Newman; his daughters, Mary Ellen Newman Bailey (Jerry) and Tamara Newman Anderson (Mark); and his grandchildren, Amber Hughes Purvis (Robby), Craig Mark Anderson Jr. (Kristi), Alicia Anderson Alexis (Patrick), Holly Hughes Mueller (Jimmy), Amanda Bailey and Jennifer Bailey Bursavich (Nick).
