He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Miller; and his parents, Leroy Miller and Beverly Miller. He is survived by: his children, Richard A Miller (Nicole) and Kimberly Heindel; his siblings, Johnny Kinchen (Jeannie) and Jo Dean Peoples; his grandchildren, Kristian Brown, Hallee Nicholson, Brooke Miller, Freddy Brown, Madison Hingle, Hillaree Hingle and Alexis Williams; and his great grandchildren, Bowen Williams, Kierstyn Nicholson of Rylynn Brown, L. J and Nevaeh Nicholson.
