She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Mizell and Judy Brumfield; her stepsister Judy Smith (Qua); her stepsons, David Bates (Stephanie) and Robert Bates (Valerie); her grandchildren, Jessika Haley Whiteside, Morgan Mullett (John Roy) and Michael Bates (Kayla); her great grandchildren, Myles, David, Curtis, Brody, Josie, Sunni, William and Jack; and also Michael "Todd" Bates. She is also survived by Numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
