He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Duncan Boone; his parents, Homer Boone and Ollie Boone; his son Frederick Lee Boone; and his son-in-law Albert Boone, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon "Shey" Boone of Bogalusa, LA, Paula Gaye Boone (Mike) of Bogalusa, LA and Deona Boone Pittman of Bogalusa, LA; his grandchildren, Krystal Boone Oalmann, Jonathan Pittman and Jessica Pittman; and his great grandchild Sheylah Oalmann.
