She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lee and Corine Bullock; her husband Claude Smith; her siblings, J. D. Lee, Alton Lee, Edrine Brown, Ruby of Washington, Modean Brown and Fayetta Henry; her children, Cythnia Tucker Olsen and Michael Smith; her son-in-law Donald Patrick, Sr.; and her grandson Ezra Flowers.
She is survived by: her children, Evangelist Cassandra M. Flowers and Debra R Patrick; her grandchildren, Lester Polk, LaTasha Cahagya, Markaya Spikes, Samuel Flowers, Donald Patrick, Jr. and Debrina Patrick; her siblings, Elmer "Day" Jacobs (Maria), Verna Williams and Katherine Ellis; and her daughter Claudette D. Smith. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and (3) great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
