It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Helen Williams of Bogalusa, Louisiana, who passed away on February 18, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Johnson and Daisy Oatis Johnson; her former husband Jim Alton Smith; her husband R. S. Williams; her son Charles Edward Johnson; and her siblings, Bernice Hammond, Juanita Johnson, Henry Johnson, Ira Johnson and Markie Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Nicole Powell (E. L.), Loletha and Chad Williams; and her siblings, Doris Johnson, Ora Keys, Ruby Johnson and Joyce Hartzog. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
