With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lois Elaine Deal Mitchell (Bogalusa, Louisiana), who passed away on March 7, 2021 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Leo M. Mitchell; her son Andrew G. Mitchell; her parents, Harry Deal and Annabell Reeves Deal; and her siblings, W. H. Deal and Guella Deal McLeod.
She is survived by: her children, Leo Milton Mitchell, Jr., Windell Ray Mitchell and Barbara Elaine Mitchell Corkern; her grandchildren, Eric D. Mitchell, Julie M. Mitchell Kussatz, Megan Rae Mitchell and Laurie Lee Mitchell; and her great grandchildren, Cadence M. Mitchell, Harlie Ann Kussatz and Lexie Laine Kussatz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations may be made in her memory, to Elizabeth Sullivan Memorial United Methodist Church.
