He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Charles Mickenheim and Anita Frosch Mickenheim; his wife Esther Josephine Wells Mickenheim; and his sister Inez Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Leo Mickenheim Jr. (Judi) of Bogalusa, LA, Perry Mickenheim (Charlynn) of Bogalusa, LA, Greg Mickenheim of Bogalusa, LA and Joanne Mickenheim Thompson (Tim) of Port Allen, LA.; and his grandchildren, Jason Scott Mickenheim (Lauren), Kelli N. Mickenheim Woods (Jon), Jennifer L. Mickenheim Blom (Aaron), Tanner Mickenheim (Melissa), Taylor Mickenheim, Tanner Thompson and Chelsea Woodruff (Dakota). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Annunciation Catholic Church.
