He was predeceased by: his parents, William Terrell and Lendorse Pittman Terrell; his brothers, William Wayne and Clyde Terrell; and his siblings-in-law, Willie Jay Spears, Jeannie and Alice Terrell.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Jean Jones Terrell; his children, Larry Dewayne Terrell (Faith) of Pine, LA, Cheryl Mitchell (Joe) of Poplarville, MS, Lisa Posey (Pat) of Carthage, MS, Lana Barker (Gary) of Houston, TX and Melissa Magee (Gene) of Denham Springs, LA; his siblings, Billie Sue Spears, Tommy Terrell, Mary Lou Gill (Daniel), Gloria Haley (Glenn), Charlotte Williams (Michael), Patsy Ritchie (Harold) and Brenda Martin (Eugene); his uncle Holcomb Pittman of Pascagoula, MS; and his close friends, Bruce Haines and Charlie Corkern. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations in his memory to the Pine First Baptist Church Building Fund of the Alzheimer's Association.
